The Winter 2011 collection is inspired by one of my favorite British models from the 1960’s, Jean Shrimpton.  Jean was a classic beauty who brought a sense of elegance, poise, and femininity to the photos.  That is something I focused on bringing to my collection.  I enjoy designing clothes that have a simplicity about them, with some edge, but along with these qualities, I wanted to incorporate the feeling of femininity and elegance.

In this collection, fabrics consist of a beautiful double georgette silk, cashmere wool, brushed wool, matte rayon jersey, ultrasuede and a unique recycled salmon skin leather.  Silhouettes are A-line, flared, straight, and fitted & flared.  I included some 60’s color with an indigo blue, an orange/red and of course the classic and ever-present black.
